often I use the TXX Utility to rotate the poses to fit them in my scenes, and I noticed that when I rotate any pose with some toy in it, the toy doesn't rotate accordingly, why?

check if the toy is connected to the models body part.
Yes, the toy is connected, like to the hand, or mouth, or whatever.
