How can I create a tgc archive? I can unpack it with TK17 Content Importer.exe, but how can I repack it.

Just put only "!!!!Custom.03.R9ZRoom490.txx" into Addons folder, the game will convert it into a zip file.
And of course put the textures into ActiveMod.
Do you have the hook5 obj. files installed?
